COVID - 19
Dear guests,
House Victoria is responsible for the health and safety of our guests with the aim of preventing the spread of Covid-19 virus infection. In the past two years we have had more than 150 guests and we have taken and implemented prescribed and additional epidemiological measures, which has not led to a single case of transmission of infection. This indicates that our destination is safe.

KEY PRINCIPLES IN PREVENTING THE SPREAD OF INFECTION WITH COVID-19 VIRUS
HEALTHY EMPLOYEES, HEALTHY VISITORS
Tourism and hospitality are areas where it is of particular importance that employees and visitors should only be a part of it if they are healthy, are not displaying any signs or symptoms of acute breathing infections, and havent been in contact with anyone with signs of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.
REGULAR AND THOROUGH HAND WASHING
Hands should be washed regularly and thoroughly. In the event that water and soap are not available, hands should be disinfected using hand sanitiser.
AVOIDING TOUCHING THE FACE AND EYES
Avoid touching your face, eyes and nose with your hands.
SAFE DISTANCING
Practice social distancing by keeping a safe distance of at least 1.5 metres from others.
VENTILATION
Closed spaces should be ventilated several times per day.
COUGHING HYGIENE AND ETIQUETTE
Practice the rules of coughing hygiene and etiquette (cover your mouth and nose with a paper tissue before coughing or sneezing, or cough/sneeze into the upper part of your sleeve). Paper tissues should be disposed of after every use and hands should then be washed using soap and water.

BELOW THERE ARE SOME ADDITIONAL MEASURES THAT WE ARE FOLLOWING:
- All rooms are cleaned, ventilated and disinfected (with an agent that has at least 70% alcohol)
- We pay special attention to surfaces that we often touch, such as light switches, door handles, handles, taps and remote controls,...
- The laundry is washed with 100% natural washing detergent at the highest temperature recommended by the manufacturer. These include bed linen, mattress covers, hand and bath towels, kitchen towels and blankets. When washing at lower temperatures, we add the disinfectant.
- Only healthy staff work, with no symptoms or signs of acute respiratory infection.
- In accordance with the instructions, employees use the prescribed protective equipment.
- A hand desinfection is available to guests (a disinfectant containing 60-80% alcohol).
- Hands must be disinfected before and after touching documents or objects handled by several persons. This applies to employees as well as guests.
- In order to keep the contact between the guest and the receptionist as small and short as possible, please send us the necessary information in advance.
